Nice looking treats! I baked GF today and tried something new with my muffins--I started by creaming shortening along with the eggs and ripe bananas, with the flat beater in the mixer. And I did equal parts of quick cooking Irish oatmeal and quinoa. These were by far the best sugar/wheat/dairy free muffins I have ever made. It's good they turned out because I've been a little down about my diet limitations. I need to focus on the positive, like the fact that I'm doing OK with oatmeal...and it is great for baking! I should make a bunch of these and freeze them for my spring break trip. Well, back to scanning slides. I just tried scanning color negatives and it works great for those, too.

Well I don't raft, but I'd risk my life to have some of those goodies!! Are they special cookies, all organic and healthy? I bet you are so good at cooking the healthy way, give me some recipes!! By the way, I know Presley would love to meet you too someday; it will happen eventually!! Love ya, and have a fun/safe trip.

whole wheat flour, millet, vegan butter (that's all we have in the house), raw & brown sugar (called for 2 cups, I put 1.25 in), eggs, and all that other stuff. and they are darn good!!
